Very productive and professional

Usually these guys do great work, this time though after getting tie rod ends and some front end work done about 3k in total, I picked up the truck and the alignment was incorrect. I noticed a receipt from Les Schwab for alignment the tech had left on the seat. I was not happy and was not told they sent my truck to a third party for alignment. I asked for a refund for the incorrect alignment and they agreed. Fair enough. However about a week later a customer service guy from the shop called and they welched on the refund.

Excellent timely service as usual

Rolled in town on a Sunday night 2019 F350 6.7 pulling our rv andwas leaking either transmission fluid or oil making quite a mess of the underside of the truck and getting on the Def muffler pipes. Caused quite a concern. Left a email to schedule a appointment and after speaking to Nick and Jason they found room for me Monday afternoon. I dropped the truck off we came up with a plan and they even gave me a ride back to the rv park. After cleaning the underside and finding the source of the leak, which was the torque converter our schedules did not match up for the extensive repair but will get home just fine. They picked me up to get back to the truck and were very thorough and professional in helping sort this out. If we had the time they would definitely be the shop I would have work on my truck.
